The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive!
A first for Malta!
We are excited to put Malta on the map as official hosts for the inaugural The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive! a celebration of classic style.
From DGR or Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride to DGD the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive. A first for the organisation, shifting to fours wheels, introducing and uniting pre 80’s classic cars.
2021 is the inaugural event, taking place on Sunday, September 26th. It is an on-road motoring event, uniting pre-80’s classic cars, designed to encourage enthusiasts and vintage car owners around the world to dress dapper and drive for men’s health.
All funds raised by our Distinguished Gentlefolk support directly the charity partner, Movember. These funds are invested in vital research and programs for prostate cancer and men’s mental health to support the wellbeing of men all around the world. The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive is a themed event, where drivers and their passengers dress dapper to complement the elegant design of their vehicles.
What you need to know!
- No planned meeting point yet due to the current regulations but we’re working as hard as we can to make it possible with the regulations provided. Only time will tell!
- Owners of pre 80s classics can still register their interest and fundraise for this great cause via https://www.gentlemansdrive.com/. We’re also working on a nice goodie box for the first 50 registered drivers who fundraise more than €30 so don’t leave it to the last minute! This is just a token of appreciation from us and our supporting sponsors for your fundraising efforts!
PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE!
Please note that every participant must register online and that no money will be collected on the day, drive details will be shared online closer to date. If your car is an early 80s model but production of the same model had started in the late 70s then you’re welcome too.
